ConnectPro provides lead engagement, appointment-setting, and marketing automation services designed for home-service industries through our Connect family brands (e.g., Coating Connect, Painting Connect, Roofing Connect, HVAC Connect, and others).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement to use our Services. By using ConnectPro, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Some Services require payment. All fees are billed according to your chosen plan or agreement.
Payments are due in advance and processed securely through third-party payment processors.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once services have begun.
Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your next billing period to avoid renewal.
If a payment fails or your account becomes delinquent, we may suspend or terminate access to Services.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use ConnectPro only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited messages.
Misuse data, violate privacy laws, or breach anti-spam regulations.
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the ConnectPro platform without permission.
Interfere with or disrupt our systems or security features.

6. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate business information, ads, and content for your campaigns.
Maintain compliance with applicable laws, including marketing and privacy regulations.
Ensure all integrations (e.g., CRM or scheduling systems) are configured properly.

ConnectPro is not responsible for lead outcomes, client sales performance, or integration errors outside of our platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, and software within ConnectPro are our exclusive property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the Services. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and all outstanding fees remain due.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” ConnectPro makes no guarantees about specific results, lead volume, or revenue performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption; or third-party system failures or integration errors.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid to ConnectPro in the preceding three (3) months.

10. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data, business materials, and communications. Client information will never be shared outside of authorized integrations or legal requirements.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Benton County, Arkansas.
